1. Clean the filter.

2. Put the cleaning cube into tub, fill with water to highest level, water temperature at 40-60 degree Celsius.

3. Select normal program and start.

4. Pause after 10 minutes and soak for 3 hours and above.

5. After 3 hours, start the program to remove dirt.

6. Wipe off the remaining dirt.

7. Clean the filter again and do a comparison.It is unable to remove the molds grown on the rubber strips OR the dirt inside the filter OR filter wall (Filter's function is use to store the dirt that are removed from the drum). Remove the filter and rinse with water, use a rag to wipe the filter wall.
